However, due to the nature of its business, LoaderX.com understand that it is unable and do not actively evaluate, examine, screen or approve prior to such material being published. It is therefore possible that copyrighted material may be wrongfully delivered from the LoaderX.com Network to the Internet at large without our knowledge. For this reason, the following text is provided to explain the procedure for the filing of claims with LoaderX.com’s for Notice of Claims of Copyright Infringement.
Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. A 512 et seq., if you believe in good faith that your copyrighted material, or the copyrighted material of an entity you represent, has been infringed by a website hosted on the LoaderX.com Network you may submit, under penalty of perjury, a DMCA Notice to LoaderX.com for Notice of Claims of Copyright Infringement.

As stated in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:
ANY PERSON WHO KNOWINGLY MATERIALLY MISREPRESENTS THAT MATERIAL OR ACTIVITY IS INFRINGING, OR THAT MATERIAL OR ACTIVITY WAS REMOVED OR DISABLED BY MISTAKE OR MISIDENTIFICATION, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEYSa£á? This means that, under federal law, you may suffer substantial penalties which could include large fines to cover monetary damages, court costs, and attorney fees for entities such as the copyright owner, website owner, and LoaderX.com, and network group. if you knowingly misrepresent material as infringing, or not infringing, thereby causing LoaderX.com or other individuals to suffer damages due to your wrongful claims. You could also be subject to criminal prosecution for perjury. For the protection of everyone, it is vital that you only submit a claim if you believe in good faith that the claim is true and correct.

Submitting a Compliant DMCA Notice
When submitting a DMCA Notice claiming copyright infringment to LoaderX.com, it is important that the complaint is clear and concise. The accuracy and completeness of your notice will greatly assist LoaderX.com in handling your complaint effectively and expeditiously.
Submitting a compliant DMCA Notice claiming, under penalty of perjury, that material which infringes on a copyright owned by you, or an entity you represent, is being delivered from the LoaderX.com Network, must contain the following pertinent information in order to be effective under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Failure to include all of the below information can prevent LoaderX.com from taking any action pertaining to your claim.
The DMCA Notice must include the following:
1. The physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identify yourself as either:
1.1 The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or
1.2. A person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Be sure to sign the notice with either a physical or electronic signature. Such as /s/: First Last Name Title
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
If possible, show the original location of the original works such as your own website or any other information that will assist LoaderX.com in validating the claim.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
This identification should include exact URLs to the webpage(s) displaying the material in question from the LoaderX.com Network, as well as, the exact URL(s) to any image(s) or work(s) that can be displayed without the use of a web page.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
Include your real name, title, telephone number, mailing address, email address, and facsimile number if available. LoaderX.com will only use this information to address the complaint with the individual accused of infringing, our attorneys, and the courts as required. The information will not be used, or provided to others for use, for any other reason.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
LoaderX.com’s Procedure Upon Receipt of a Compliant DMCA Notice
Once LoaderX.com receives a compliant DMCA Notice alleging that infringing materials are being delivered from the LoaderX.com Network, LoaderX.com will :-
1. Respond to the complainant expeditiously informing them that the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity will be removed or disabled promptly.
No further communication should be required between LoaderX.com and the Complainant at this time.
2. Send notice to the organization or individual that has been accused of infringing on the copyrighted work(s), to the Primary Contact Email Address on file with LoaderX.com (and possibly other means), to remove or disable the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and requiring a response from the organization or individual that has been accused of infringing on the copyrighted work(s) informing us of their compliance.
This notice will also serve as notice to the organization or individual that was accused of infringing on the copyrighted works of full package deactivation if compliance is not received by the deadline included in the notice. Allowances for non-business hours and holidays may be made.
3. Await the reasonable allotted time period for a response from the organization or individual that has been accused of infringing on the copyrighted works as well as monitoring the content to ensure it has been removed.
No further communication should be required between LoaderX.com and the organization or individual that was accused of infringing on the copyrighted work(s) once the work(s) have been disabled or removed and notification of compliance has been received from the organization or individual that was accused of infringing on the copyrighted works unless they intend to file a Counter Notification.
However, that even if the organization or individual that was accused of infringing on the copyrighted works intends to file a Counter Notification, the work(s) that have been alleged to be in violation of the DMCA must remain removed or disabled for a minimum of ten days from the time the Counter Notification has been submitted.
4. If the work(s) that have been alleged to be in violation of the DMCA have not been disabled or removed from the LoaderX.com Network and if the organization or individual that has been accused of infringing on the copyrighted works has not responded by the deadline included in the notice sent to the organization or individual accused of infringing on the copyrighted works, LoaderX.com will deactivate the entire package until communication has been established that does comply with the request.
It is important to note that any service and/or package on the LoaderX.com Network that remains deactivated for a period of 30 days or more is subject to deletion without any backup provisions in accordance with the LoaderX.com’s Terms of Service

The above procedures are put in place to protect LoaderX.com and its agents/network/affiliates/group from stiff penalties and fines in the process of protecting copyright owners from those who would be inclined to steal their work(s).
